While we’ve loved welcoming guests to Allis, this change brings a sense of return — a familiar name and spirit, reimagined for today.


THE MENU
Our menu is a contemporary expression of French-inspired dining — shaped by local produce, seasonality and a sense of generosity.
Enjoy dishes such as steak tartare with toasted baguette, truffle cream and parmesan gougères, chicken and mushroom raviolo with sweet corn and crispy skin, and brown-buttered Blue Eye with Jerusalem artichoke terrine. Finish with an apricot parfait or classic crème brûlée, paired with a glass from our curated selection of French and Mornington Peninsula wines.
